Education is a right—not a privilege. At TUCHIWIDO, we work to break down barriers that prevent children with disabilities and other vulnerable children from accessing and completing quality education.
✅ Our Activities:
Support for school re-enrollment, school fees, and scholastic materials
Promotion of inclusive learning environments for children with special needs
Establishment of adult literacy programs for out-of-school youth and parents
School infrastructure support (e.g., disability-friendly classrooms and WASH facilities)
Sports programs for children with disabilities: football, volleyball, wheelchair races
Menstrual hygiene education and sanitary towel drives
Capacity building for teachers, caregivers, and education officials
Campaigns against child labor, early marriage, and sexual exploitation
Promotion of life skills, mentorship, and psychosocial support
“When children with disabilities get a quality education, they are enabled to take up key positions in their communities, challenging stigmas and rewriting their futures.”
