TUCHIWIDO actively promotes gender equality, social justice, and the rights of persons with disabilities. We ensure girls, women, and marginalized communities have a voice in decision-making processes and are protected from harm.

Awareness campaigns on gender-based violence, FGM, and harmful cultural practices
Training and formation of community advocacy groups
Engagement with local leaders and policymakers to influence development agendas
Participation in global campaigns (e.g., Day of the African Child, International Disability Day)
Radio broadcasts, public dialogues, and capacity building on human rights
Support for legal aid, documentation, and paralegal training for survivors of abuse
Research and data collection on issues affecting children, women, and youth
Strengthening local advocacy networks and watchdog groups
